WATERLOO BRASSERIE
WELCOME
Open From 8am- Late Monday to Friday and from 10am - late Saturday & Sunday, Waterloo Brasserie is the latest venture from the team behind Chelsea's Cheyne Walk Brasserie.
Waterloo Brasserie, "WB", offers an all day experience serving classic brasserie-style dishes from breakfast through to dinner. On Sundays we have a brunch menu along with a traditional roast.
Group executive chef Franck Lebiez oversees the menu alongside experienced Head Chef Thierry Plaideau. True to its name, the menu reflects the style of a French brasserie, with signature dishes including Croque Monsieur; egg-white omelette with smoked salmon and egg-yolks cooked in their own shell topped with herbed cream for breakfast or brunch. For lunch, enjoy crispy brie tatin with shallot confit or classic onion & fish soups with croutons or a choice of tartines.
Lit with natural light from a window-lined wall looking out on The Old Vic Theatre, the rich colour scheme injects a welcoming and contemporary feel, while a 200-bin exposed working wine cellar will provide a stunning focus. Signature furniture pieces complement the long bar housing a stunning Elektra Belle Epoque coffee machine, the first in a central London brasserie.
Situated opposite Waterloo station and The Old Vic Theatre, Waterloo Brasserie offers theatre dinners from £14.95 and invites you to return to your table after the show to take dessert!
A private dining room for up to 56 guests and a private events space for informal canapés of up to 100, add another dimension to entertaining at the Waterloo Brasserie for both corporate and social occasions.
