We provide diners with quality British food that is accessible both to the pocket and the palate. The menu is unfussy, uncluttered, honest and offers great value for money. Starters include: ham hock salad; rabbit terrine, brioche, grape purée and goats cheese and thyme soufflé.

Other dishes on offer include: slow grilled pork shoulder served with apple pureé and mustard glaze and fillet of red snapper with hazelnut & caper dressing. Diners can also choose from a selection of grilled steaks and fish, as well as a range of sharing platters to start and burgers including wild boar with applewood cheddar, watercress and smoked chilli jam.

Kane Marc (Head Chef): “I am pleased to be a part of the London food scene right now. The transformation from hiding all the beautiful flavours under rich sauces and over cooking is all but gone, we are celebrating the local produce and we are getting excited about food in a way that had all but disappeared. We (waterloo bar and grill) have stripped our food down to its natural fresh state and we are letting the quality speak for itself, it is a pleasure to be able to work with so many wonderful products, something i couldn’t have done not that long ago. Food is life!
