Open Monday to Saturday from 10am till late and Sundays 5-11pm, Waterloo Brasserie offers the perfect destination for the discerning diner. The restaurant has a range of seating options, from discrete tables for two to a large circular table for groups of up to twelve. And, for those who want space for themselves, we have a private room available for canapés parties and private dining for up to 56 people.
BRASSERIES WITH A FRENCH INFLUENCE
Our menus are overseen by executive chef Franck Lebiez and W.B. Head Chef Thierry Plaideau – offering the finest locally sourced ingredients in a fresh and contemporary style.
Breakfast is available from 10am-12pm.
Lunch is available from 12pm-3pm (with the last order in the afternoon being at 3:00 pm).
Dinner is between 5pm with last order at 11pm.
Pre-theatre is 5-7pm.

DAYTIME AND LATE NIGHT BAR IN WATERLOO
Our upstairs bar is perfect for drinks before or after dinner and our downstairs bar has a late licence until 3am, making it the ideal place to drop in on the way home. The bar can also be booked for private functions and events.
