Open for breakfast from 8am, WB offers an all day menu until 5pm and a more formal evening menu from 5pm - late, featuring signature dishes such as Wild Halibut en Papillotte and Cassoulet WB with duck leg Confit. Alternatively, diners can choose from any number of light dishes available throughout the day until 5pm, providing an ideal snack including Croques, Salades Composes, Open Provencal baguettes and patisserie.
